In this special event we will be guided through six shared dishes, uniquely designed by Andrew McConnell. As we celebrate the experience of shared dining, dishes will be accompanied by a story that connects with Andrew’s philosophy of food. Drawing on cultural and philosophical sources, we will explore gratitude, memory and the connection between food and our emotional condition. The evening will also include guided mindfulness meditation, facilitated by Mindful in May founder Elise Bialylew, targeting how we drink and eat in our everyday lives.
