Cultivating mindfulness through Mindful in May is not just about being mindful. It’s also about making a conscious decision to create a new habit in your life and challenge yourself:

To see if you can do what you say you’re going to do.

Of course, there is no failing this challenge as your participation and donation have already helped to improve the lives of 1000 people living in the developing world.  However, if you signed up with a clear intention to commit to the daily practice, now is a good time to reflect on how things are going.
