This offering is a weekly mindful boost and friendly nudge to support your meditation practice at a time where, let’s face it, it’s easy to get consumed by “busy”.

Three Fortnightly live online meditation calls

I will be guiding these live 20-25 minute online meditations and allowing time at the end of each call for reflection and questions. You will get a link to then download and keep these meditations after each call so you can use them to support you throughout the new year.

You’ll be joining a group who have just completed the Power of Presence 6 week online course as we close the year together in an intentional way.

You’ll also get fortnightly tips on how to bring simple, yet powerful, mindful living practices into the remaining weeks of the year as a way to stay anchored to calm and presence each day.
