    Is the book available as an e-book rthear than posting to Australia.Thanks..very happy to have stumbled across this helpful resource. I am beginning a mindfulness course in a local school here I am a counselor / hypnotherapist and have been practicing self inquiry for the past few years..

    This is a great workbook with lots of interesting quotes and practical exercises. Highly recommended even for the experienced meditators out there.
